Weird or not?

I've been imagining and picturing dance steps from Flashdance and the movie Chicago while walking and doing things and I feel my body accommodating to a perfect posture and understanding. Question is: Picturing yourself or picturing difficult dance moves can help you materialize them?

I do ballet and Pilates by the way and I'm 16.
